19 minute mile -

so i did a19 minute mile and then yeah FELT IT…i am trying. pushing myself to get down to at least 16 minute mile - then go for 2 of them in a row.. GO TEAM.. btwn this and the eliptical and once around the jog track.. i was beat.. erg -

today i didn 1.69 miles in 32:45 minutes - and after i figured out how to put my weight into the machine - i burned 13 calories.. hahaha.. getting better. - the goal for this month is to get below 20 minute mile - wish me luck.. here’s to 3 days in a row working out..

did 2 miles today.

started off talking and jogging, come to findout it passes the time alot quicker… i had already jogged for8 minutes before i realized it.. hoorahh.. heres to new shoes and a new outlook on this thing.. i am pretty excited..

went to tumbleweeed and walked with the kids and miss nature and miss urbynshowed up.. hooray… we had a good walk.. but kids were getting restless and the daycare had closed about fiftenn minutes before we arrived… drats…
